Albanian Premier Edi Rama was covered in a white cloud of flour thrown at him by Democrat deputy Flamur Noka while he was watching nervously the block of the parliament platform from Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha.

Security guards ran at Rama’s help but failed to stop Noka from throwing the flour that covered the Prime Minister, his deputy Senida Mesi and Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati.
