The chairwoman of the Socialist Movement for Integration Monika Kryemadhi appealed to Premier Edi Rama to assume his responsibilities, distance himself and leave the organized crime, following the seizure of the cocaine haul in Durrës last week.

Ms. Kryemadhi said the biggest load of cocaine ever seized in Albania indicates “the misery where the country has plunged in” and that “the organized crime has occupied every institution and is rotting every cell of the Albanian state and families”.
