Chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI) parliamentary group Petrit Vasili blamed directly the government for the increase of the mortality rate in the country, especially for heart diseases-related deaths, after the publication of the official data from the Institution of Statistics, INSTAT.

Vasili said the age-groups between 40 and 60 have become more vulnerable to cardiac diseases and are not being helped by the check-up that is taking millions of Euros from taxpayers’ money.

The high rate of mortality is a clear tell of the criminal abuse with money in the healthcare, Vasili said, accusing Premier Rama of filling his pockets while people are dying of heart diseases and cancer.
