The coronavirus continues its spread in Albania with 82 new cases in the last 24 hours confirmed by the ministry of health. 84 patients are hospitalized at the hospital of contagious diseases, 11 of them are in intensive care, six patients are intubated, in serious situation.

401 tests were taken in the last 24 hours, with 82 of them resulting positive. 30 cases were in Tirana, which has the highest number of positive persons, 509, followed by Durrës with 215.

In total there are 1273 active persons with coronavirus, mainly in Tirana, Shkodra, Kruja, and Durrës.

83 persons have died so far, 46 of them in Tirana, 13 in Durrës, 12 in Shkodra.

On the good side, 41 patients have recovered, bringing the total to 1832.
