82 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the last 24 hours in Albania, which is the highly daily number since the beginning of the pandemic. The highest number has been reported in the capital Tirana (28), then in Shkodra and Kruja, 18 and 10 respectively.

Currently, there are 571 active persons, mainly in Tirana, while nine have recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 1064.

One intubated patient, 68, died in the last 24 hours, while 50 other patients are hospitalized, eight in intensive care.
