Albania’s General Prosecution Office has made public the decision of the Court of Tirana for the sequestration of a part of properties of former General Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla.
The Prosecution Office said in its announcement that some of Llalla’s properties have created suspicions of being criminal offence.
The Court of Tirana accepted the Prosecution’s request to sequester the following:
An apartment of 67.2 m², in Durrës
Arable land, 4.500 m², in Tirana
Arable land, 12.300 m², in Tirana
Arable land, 3.000 m², in Tirana
Arable land, 2.250 m², in Tirana
The sequestered property is esteemed to be worth 98.772.000 Albanian Lek, nearly 780 thousand Euros.
