The legal and business consultancy firm Frost & Fire Consulting has recently strengthened its American experience with the promotion of its newest partner, Mr. Reshard Këlliçi.

The legal and business consultancy firm Frost & Fire Consulting has deepened its collaboration with Mr. Reshard Këlliçi by promoting him as a Partner in the firm.

Mr. Këlliçi completed his education and is a lawyer licensed in the United States of America, offering a wide range of expertise in negotiations, financing and development of international projects with a particular focus in the fields of energy and infrastructure.

Before returning to Albania and starting his collaboration with Frost & Fire Consulting as Special Counsel, Mr. Këlliçi worked as a lawyer in the USA at one of the top 10 legal firms globally, Hogan Lovells US LLP. Mr. Këlliçi’s experience in diverse fields include the successful management of major and complex internacional projects in reneëable energy, natural resources and infrastructure.

His expertise includes structuring and negotiating complex transactions for joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of global companies, project finance and development, venture capital, negotiations and dispute resolution in the United States of America, South America and Europe.

Mr. Këlliçi holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Maryland School of Laë, a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Bachelor of Science   

Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. In addition, Mr. Këlliçi contributes pro bono as Secretary General and Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania, as well as Board Member of the Harry T Fultz Institute.
