Albania Court dismisses all charges against conservative opposition leader Lulzim Basha!

There are no proofs, facts and evidence to support any charges. With this argumentation the Court of Tirana ceased the case against the conservative Albania's opposition leader, Mr. Lulzim Basha.

The verdict came as the prosecution office had already dropped the charges for money laundering which were raised from governing socialist officials. In the court today the prosecutors argued that they dropped the money laundering charges for lack of evidence and upheld the accusation for incorrect reporting and declarations of party expenses. The Court of Tirana dismissed this charge as well as ungrounded.

After 2 years of investigation it is proven that everything in this case was fabricated and based on speculation. The probes established that neither the chairman of DP or any-other officials have done any wrongdoing or criminal felony in Albania or elsewhere. The court decision proved that the accusations were false, fabricated and a hoax for domestic politics and a smear campaign against DP.

The case was kept under investigation for two years although there were no proofs to substantiate the allegations with the exception of an article published on Mother Jones, widely believed to have been sponsored by supporters of Socialist PM Edi Rama.
