The parliament led by Speaker Gramoz Ruçi decided to expel Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha from today’s session. Ruçi said the decision was taken based on the Article 64 of the Parliament’s Regulation.
The Democrat deputies and Basha require the start of debates on the Electoral Reform, but the majority decided to postpone it for next week.
After the decision, Basha and the Democrat MPs decided to stand around the pulpit. After two interruptions, Ruçi said he would expel Basha from the session.
However, the opposition deputies did not leave the pulpit and that brought the third interruption of the session.
