Head of the LSI parliamentary group Petrit Vasili commented the International Monetary Fund report on economy and the LSI initiative for concessions, which, as he claimed, has been blocked by the Socialist Party for over a year.
“The negative practice of the concessions is a concern that has accompanied us for a long time and we have proposed an initiative for the concessions, but it’s been blocked for over a year by the Socialist Party in the committee”, Vasili told a press conference.
“Concessions risk a debt growth up to 7% and pulls down the government’s promise for economic growth. IMF speaks clearly that the project of €1 billion that is based on the concessions is a bad news for Albanians. IMF underlined the bad management of the economy has increased the debts. The economic future is in danger”.
