The Albanian parliament will vote the creation of the committee of the Electoral Reform. The decision was taken by the Socialist majority this morning, with the participation of the deputy PM Senida Mesi, head of Socialist parliamentary group Taulant Balla and Speaker Gramoz Ruçi.
