Premier Edi Rama has announced during the meeting of the Socialist parliamentary group on Tuesday the government will back off temporarily from the law on waste import.

Speaking about the project of waste recycling, Rama said “we’ll back off from the project as such in this stage”.

However, the Prime Minister added the government remains in the same position concerning the topic, but the citizens have the right to be well-informed about the project.
