Chairman of Zgjidhja (The Solution) Koço Kokëdhima called on Albanians to get ready to fight not to allow Edi Rama’s government to pass the Law on the Waste Import in the parliament.

Kokëdhima tweeted: “The government cannot separate itself from garbage. The “withdrawal” is a mischievous tactics. The Renaissance is killing us. Let’s prepare for war”.

Kokëdhima’s tweet came after the today debates in the Parliamentary Committee for Producing Activities, where the Socialist representative Eduard Shalsi, in the quality of the proposer of the bill on Waste Import, said that the government had withdrawn after the occurred misunderstandings.

However, the opposition and the civil society suspect these acts are government attempts to lie its way out after trying for two years to pass by any means the Law on Waste Import, allegedly to save the recycling industry from going bankrupt, but with serious consequences for the health of the citizens.
