Albanian President Ilir Meta has received today the Ambassador of Croatia Sanja Bujas-Juraga, to talk about Ismail Morina’s extradition from Croatia to Serbia.
The High Court of Croatia decided pro extradition, following a Serbian arrest-warrant for Morina, the man who flew the drone with the Greater Albania map on the Partizan stadium in Belgrade, during the Serbia-Albania soccer match, in October 14, 2014.
Meta expressed his concern in the name of thousands of Albanians that fear for Morina’s safety.
After the decision from the High Court, now Morina’s fate is in the hands of the Croatian Minister of Justice, the only one that could decide against the Court rule.
The Serbian Minister of Justice Nela Kuburovic said today Morina would be guaranteed a fair trial in Serbia.
