The Democratic Party will return to protests, this time against the Municipality of Tirana, which decided to raise the price of tap water by 44%. The Democrat councilors did not participate in the council meeting where the raise of price was approved, protesting outside the building, supported by citizens.

Their protest will continue today at 18:00. In their request sent to police for the rally permit, PD councilors say one thousand citizens are expect to join the protest.
