Premier Edi Rama will reward veteran deputy Gramoz Ruçi by appointing him Speaker of the new parliament.
It is understood the Prime Minister has proposed Ruçi as successor to Ilir Meta, who will swear in as the President of the Republic on July 24.
Gramoz Ruçi is one of Edi Rama’s loyal people, who showed maximal engagement during the electoral campaign, earning him a special thanking from the Prime Minister.
