OSBE/ODIHR has made public the report of observers on the election of June 25, considering it as calm despite the problems and focused on the agreement Rama-Basha of May 18.

The mission declared “the political agreement of May 18 between the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party created a situation, a dangerous political deflection that influenced on the country’s foreign policy with EU”.
