Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha has appealed Albanian and foreign hackers to attack and destroy for good all the network systems of Premier Edi Rama, whom he accused of taking computer software under state’s ownership.

“Rama has decided the state ownership over the computer programs, making Albania only the second country in the world, after North Korea, making such a thing”, Berisha writes.

“I call on the Albanian and foreign hackers to attack urgently and destroy for good the systems of the narco-Premier that accepts no laws, norms or standards and wants to take in a banditesque way the program codes, violating every copyright, and technologic and intellectual property”.
