The Albanian Central Electoral Commission, KQZ, has removed the mandates of deputies Aqif Rakipi and Gledion Rehovica, per request of the General Prosecution Office.

Both were accused of hiding details from their past in Italy in the decriminalization forms.

Aqif Rakipi’s place as a deputy of the Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity (PDIU) will be taken by Dritan Bici, former Mayor of Gramsh, known for his deeds in the past.

Gledion Rehovica, a deputy of the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI), will be replaced by Silva Caka, a parliament member during the last legislature that was not re-elected in the June 2017 elections.
