Former Premier Sali Berisha said former Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri was an important member of the criminal organization of the international drugs traffic, following the publication of the phone calls intercepted by the Italian authorities.

“The interceptions of the Habilaj brothers’ calls revealed that the car of the narco-minister Saimir “The Traffic” Tahiri, with governmental number plate and registered in the minister’s name was a most precious instrument for the gang’s traffics. The gang bought €15 thousand-worth jewelries to Lady Tahiri”.

“Saimir Trafiku wreaked havoc by buying votes”, Berisha writes in his Facebook page.
