The parliamentary conference of the chairpersons has decided today not to include the election of the new General Prosecutor in the parliamentary agenda for the next three weeks.

Meanwhile, the Socialist majority has asked to include the request for the dismissal of the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (KQZ) Klement Zguri.

The Democratic Party objected the request as illegitimate because it is against the Article 18 of the Electoral Code. The Democrat parliamentary group is expected to oppose the KQZ chairman’s dismissal in the parliamentary session today.
