The chairman of the parliamentary Committee of Laws, Socialist Deputy Ulsi Manja, has threatened the media analyst Fatos Lubonja for his opinion expressed in a TV program. According to Manja, Lubonja’s statements are punishable by the Penal Code.

Manja accused Lubonja of trying to create public unrests by claiming Albania is in a war situation.

“He doesn’t live here, he lives on the moon. Does he understand what he says? What he says is punishable by the Penal Code. They are calls for public unrest. By introducing an imaginary reality, which is in his head, he tries to create public unrests in a country where the law is functional. According to him, Albania has been in war-like situation for four years”, Manja told the TV show “Të Paekspozuarit” (The Unexposed).
