The Democrat deputies have abandoned the meeting of the Commission of Laws today, where tensions were high.

The Socialist chairman of commission Ulsi Manja asked the members to vote for the bill for legal aid, but the Democrat members left, with Deputy Oerd Bylykbashi saying "send the bill to Habilajs for consult. You gave immunity to persons connected to the mob”, referring to the former interior minister Saimir Tahiri, who is under investigation over drugs trafficking with his cousins, the Habilajs brothers.

LSI members were not present in the meeting of the Commission of Law.
