Former Interior Minister Flamur Noka said the boat that was used for drug trafficking by the Habilaj brothers was a property of Saimir Tahiri, but registered in the name of the director of Durrës convalescence. Tahiri, who is facing charges over drugs traffic, has denied having a boat, but two boating licenses that belonged to him were found aboard the car of a businessman arrested last week.

"The boat in Vlora, used by Habilajs, was Mr. Tahiri’s. It was watched by police. Sure, it wasn’t registerd in Tahiri’s name, but in the name of a certain director of the police convalescence”, Democrat deputy Noka said for his successor Tahiri.
