The Democratic Party (PD) and the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI) have abandoned the parliamentary conference of the chairpersons for the presentation of the project budget of 2018.
Democrat deputy Edmond Spaho said PD does not accept to become a part of the façade of a government connected to crime. “The government has fallen, it is connected to drugs”, Spahoi said.
Deputy Genc Pollo told the head of Socialist parliamentary group Taulant Balla the opposition was “boycotting the crime”.
Balla’s only response was that the opposition was “boycotting only the budget and Albanians would judge them for that”. He ordered the meeting to continue with the presentation of project budget by minister of Finances Arben Ahmetaj only with the Socialist deputies present.
