Former Premier Sali Berisha said Visho Ajazi, former chief of the States Intelligence Service (SHISH), paid with his resignation for the denouncement in the Prosecution Office for PM Edi Rama’s brother and drugs.

“The Director of SHISH, Visho Ajazi, who served to his country with integrity and special commitment, suddenly resigned today”, Berisha writes.

“Credible sources confirm that, with his sudden resignation, he paid the price for the denouncements in the prosecution and other institutions and for uncountable information that proved the connections of “Noriega” (Edi Rama), narco-cabinet and (PM’s) brother Olsi with drugs, traffics and criminal bands”.

“Resignation is a right of every official. But this resignation, in the peak of the scandal of Saimir Tahiri’s implication as an important member of the band of Habilaj testifies for Rama’s horror of the burning documents SHISH could submit to the Prosecution for Serious Crimes for Tahiri’s file and also for Rama himself – recorded accidentally while talking to traffickers – and for other corruptive affairs, as well as for his brother Olsi of the cocaine and other narco-ministers”.

“Under these circumstances, I support completely former President Nishani’s request for making public the meeting of the Council of the National Security. Also, I would appeal to the Committee of the National Security to receive urgently from SHISH the whole file on Rama’s, Olsi’s and ministers’ implication in traffics and criminal gangs”.
