Former Premier Sali Berisha accused Albanian PM Edi Rama of lobbying intensively near certain segments of the opposition to vote against the arrest of former interior minister Saimir Tahiri.

Berisha writes in his Facebook page that Rama is a “hostage” of Tahiri and is making efforts to buy certain deputies of the opposition.

“Taken hostage! Rama surrenders to Tahiri. Rama is lobbying strongly near certain segments of the opposition to vote against the arrest of Saimir Tahiri. It happens because Tahiri has taken Rama hostage”.
