Researcher and former director of the Interior Ministry archives Kastriot Dervishi has published a document of the Politic Bureau of the Central Committee of the Party of Labour of Albania, dated 1958, which shows how much former communist ruler Enver Hoxha worked.

The document shows that the First Secretary of the Party worked only four hour a day and had six months vacations a year.

In 1958, when the decision of the Bureau was taken, with proposed of then-Prime Minister Mehmet Shehur, Enver Hoxha was only 50 years old, at the best age for intellectual activity such as that of the First Secretary of the Party. The document brings down the widely-spread myth of a hard-working Enever Hoxha.
