Dear fellow Democrats,

I understand the debate that is born among us because of the result of the elections. I have chosen not to be a part of it, even though, just like you, I have my opinion. However, I do not understand and do not justify the attacks, labeling and insults you address to each-other.

Why is it so hard to express your thoughts without insulting those who do not think like you? Why is it so simple to zero the contribution of the Democrats only because you think differently?

Do you think you really have the luxury – after this result – to lynch each-other? You have the right to keep you stances and thoughts, but no one has the right to stamp on, deny, insult, lynch those who think differently from you! This is not democratic, this is not fair, this is not the road towards unity and victory, but the road to division and defeat.

We have shared together for four years oppositionist opinions and stances. We have give thousand “likes” and virtual support to the oppositionist (Facecook) statuses of each-other. There was mutual respect among us as part of the same political family.

This must no change merely and only because today we have different ideas on how to come out of the crisis, because in the end respecting the different opinion is the only way to come out united together. No one must and deserves to leave from our shaken house only because of thinking differently.
