A woman from Ura Vajgurore in the district of Berat was hit by a car four days ago and is still struggling for her life in hospital, but the heavy incident was kept hidden by the local police, because the author was the chief of commissariat, Gramoz Cjapi.
The incident was exposed today from former Premier Sali Berisha, after a tip from an anonymous police officer.
“The criminal guys hide the crime”, Berisha writes in his Facebook page. “The digital officer denounces the hiding of a crime from the criminal guys. The chief of police of Ura Vajgurore Gramoz Cjapi has hit a woman with his private car, without number plates and insurance, and the police have taken no measure against him. Cannabists are above the law. Drug is their law”, Berisha writes.
