A shepherd has been taken into custody today, after his goats blocked the national road Shkodër-Lezhë. Many roads were blocked for one hour from protesters today in Albania, but shepherd Lush Ndoci was the one who paid maybe for all and also for the police frustration.
He was taken to the police station of Shkodër, accused of blocking the road with his herd of goats.
Meanwhile, it is understood Ndoci is billed with 3000 Leks every month for power, even though his residence has no electricity.
