The Court of Shkodër has decided – after a Prosecution request – the sequester of 23.000 square meters of land in the village Baks Rrjoll, suspected to be illicitly taken through forged documents from the citizen Vatë Lari.

The Prosecution of Shkodër started the investigation after a tip from a citizen and has had serious suspicions that Vatë Lari became owner of the land in 2013 by forging the official papers of the commune and the Commission of Land Return.

After taking the land under his ownership, Lari sold it immediately and left to France.
