Tirana’s District Prosecution has initiated legal proceedings last week for forty officials of the administration, after the General Prosecution Office’s investigation in the framework of the Decriminalization Law revealed that they have not declared problems they had with the criminal law in the past.

A high level official in the General Tax Office is among the persons under investigaton.
